Terms of service
These terms are a working draft. The legal business identity, jurisdiction and contact address still have to be supplied by the operator before launch, and the placeholders below are marked rather than invented.
1. Who provides this service
StrataGen Lite is operated by the business trading as StrataGen. The registered legal entity name, business number and registered address are pending and will appear here before the service is offered publicly.
2. What you are buying
A strategy credit entitles you to generate one complete strategy from one submitted brief, to revise its modules while the strategy remains open, and to export it. A credit is consumed when generation begins.
3. Nature of the guidance
The strategy is professional guidance generated from the information you supply. It is not financial, legal or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of revenue, growth or any other commercial outcome. Market sizing figures are estimates derived from your inputs and stated assumptions.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief you submit, for holding the rights to any logo or brand material you upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Submitting material you do not have the right to use is a breach of these terms.
5. Refunds
If generation fails for a reason within our control, the credit is returned to your account automatically. Other refund requests are assessed individually and, where granted, are processed back to the original payment method.
6. Account closure
You may request deletion of your account from the account page. Deletion removes your strategies, briefs, uploads and exports. Records we are required to retain for financial and tax purposes are kept for the minimum period required by law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account, and the revision date shown here will change.
8. Contact
A verified support address will be published here once the sending domain is configured. Until then, no support address is stated, because an unverified address would not reliably receive your message.
